This website provides access to our wholesale pricing which is 50% OFF of our retail price. This discount will be reflected at check out.

Please note that a minimum total order value of USD 1,080 is required to proceed. Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders below this amount.

Once you have completed your check out, we kindly request a 50% deposit of the total amount stated. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will create a shareable document to help you track the progress of your order.

Please allow approximately 14 business days for us to fulfill your wholesale order. After your order is complete, we will notify you to transfer the remaining balance. Once the full payment has been received, we will promptly ship your order.

Shipping & Customs

International shipping takes 3 to 7 business days with UPS depending where you are in the world.

Aum Rudraksha Design is not responsible for any customs or import fees that may be incurred. These charges are determined by the destination country and are beyond our control. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable fees for the entry of their goods. For more information on potential customs charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

We suggest to contact our distributors to avoid custom or import fees. If you are in Europe please visit www.malaspirit.com and www.aumrudraksha.store if you are in the United States.

We will inform you of your Airway Bill once we ship your order.

Payment & Security

All prices displayed on this website are in U.S. Dollars. Prices include VAT but exclude shipping costs which we will calculate after check out. If you would like to know prior to placing an order please email us your complete address to info@aumrudraksha.com

At Aum Rudraksha Design, we strive to ensure the accuracy of all prices listed on our website. However, in the unlikely event of a pricing error, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with your order at the corrected price or cancel the order. Please note that Aum Rudraksha Design cannot be held liable for fulfilling an order with an incorrect price.

We reserve the right to adjust our prices at any time without prior notice. However, any changes will apply only to new orders and will not affect previously processed orders.

Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for products and shipping fees:

Please note that we do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery), money orders, or cheques.

Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the unique energetic properties of Rudraksha, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been used, altered, damaged, or worn.

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product must be unwashed, unworn, and unused.
• The original hang tags must remain attached to the product.
• The return must be accompanied by the original receipt as proof of purchase.

Eligible jewelry items that meet these requirements may be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

Please Note:
Aum Rudraksha Design does not cover customs duties, import fees, or transport costs associated with returns or exchanges.

We encourage you to choose your items carefully, as refunds are generally not provided. However, if you believe your situation warrants an exception, please contact us with details. If a refund is approved, it will only be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected to ensure compliance with our return policy.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

Repair

We are pleased to offer complimentary repair services for all our products. Please note that any charges incurred will apply solely to the replacement of materials.

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with sending their Rudraksha malas or jewelry for repair. We kindly ask that you contact us at info@aumrudraksha.com prior to sending any items, so we can provide further instructions and ensure a smooth process.

Warranty

Due to the unique energetic qualities of Aum Rudraksha Design jewelry, we offer a 30-day Limited Warranty. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not extend to malfunctions or natural deterioration over time.

Please note that our warranty does not cover the discoloration of metals, including the wearing off of gold plating. Such changes are often the result of a chemical reaction specific to the individual wearer and are not considered defects.
